Fast Launches New CRM Operating Model Powered by Autonomous AI

The company confirmed the integration of agentic AI into its Fast Track AI solution, enabling CRM managers to leverage this technology for enhanced workflow efficiency.

Agentic AI represents a branch of artificial intelligence capable of autonomous operation to achieve objectives without human oversight, distinguishing itself from prompt-response systems like ChatGPT.

With Fast Track’s solution, users can assign a goal to the AI agents, which will then execute tasks across various tools and data sources. The user can subsequently review the results prior to implementing the solution.

Simon Lidzén, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fast Track, articulated the company’s vision to ‘digitalise the iGaming industry,’ a strategic initiative that commenced with the introduction of Fast Track AI last year.

The company stated that the incorporation of Agentic AI will diminish the requirement for extensive manual interaction, thereby enabling CRM teams to concentrate on refining their ‘overall strategy and creative concepts’.
